关于隐私

How it works
- Sleep windows. Pick a time range and the apps you don't want to touch in bed. Bedside blocks them.
- Anti-binge mode. Continuous-use threshold triggers a forced 15-minute break.
- Emergency bypass. Real emergency? A short friction task unlocks temporarily — never a dead-end.
- Pause. 1 / 2 / 3 hour pause, auto-restore. No need to uninstall when life happens.
- Guardian password. Optional — adds a password gate on disabling / deleting rules.
- Fully local. No account, no server, no network. Your data lives only on your device.
Privacy
Bedside has no network entitlement and technically cannot upload anything. Rules, app selections, and usage logs live entirely in the App Group container and Keychain — uninstalling the app removes them.
